Fair Value Impact is a boutique impact investment firm established in 2023 in the Netherlands.
We invest in a future where sustainable food systems transform communities,
protect the environment, and promote gender equality.
A fair and inclusive protein transition
We invest in promising companies that accelerate the transition from animal-based protein to plant-based protein.
With our first fund, the Environmental & Nutritional Transformation Fund I (ENT One), we build an investment portfolio in Asia & Africa.

We, Frank Wildschut and Varishna Sardjoe Mishre, want to contribute more of our time and energy to a fair and inclusive planet. Frank and Varishna have a combined track record in impact investing and ESG globally, a shared passion for a fairer and more inclusive world, and both have an entrepreneurial mindset. This is how the fire to establish Fair Value Impact (FVI) was ignited.
